Your $300 covers the time and the roadmap you receive, so it is non-refundable once your session is booked. If you need to reschedule, just reach out and we’ll find a new time.

Event Studio packages (Event Map, Event Portal, Sponsorship Kit, and bundles)

These are custom-configured for your event. Once your Kickoff Call is scheduled or work has begun, your purchase is non-refundable. If you need to cancel before your Kickoff Call, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Speaker Roster

Once your roster has been set up or your Kickoff Call is scheduled, your purchase is non-refundable. If you need to cancel before that point, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Digital downloads (Speaker Roster DIY Template)

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
